Art Director RoleThe Art Director is a crucial member of our team, responsible for overseeing the creation and implementation of visual elements in our game.Responsibilities:• Define and drive the artistic vision for the game, ensuring that all visual elements are cohesive and engaging.• Collaborate with artists to create concept art, mood boards, key frames, and style guides that communicate direction and inspire creativity.• Contribute to the development of 2D art through hands-on tasks, while providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality results.• Lead and mentor a team of artists, including 2D, VFX, and UI/UX specialists, by hiring, training, and performance reviews.• Oversee the production pipeline, scheduling, and task distribution to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.• Work closely with game designers, engineers, and product managers to align artistic vision with game mechanics, user experience, monetization, and performance goals.• Review and approve art assets, such as character models, environments, props, animations, UI, and effects, to maintain quality, consistency, and technical feasibility.• Optimize art assets for mobile performance by reducing poly count, draw calls, texture resolution, and LODs.Key Skills and Qualifications:• Proven track record of leading and mentoring artistic teams• Strong understanding of game art principles and techniques• Excellent communication and project management skills• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standardsWhat We Offer:• Competitive salary and benefits package• Opportunity to work on exciting and challenging game projects• Collaborative and dynamic work environment• Professional development and growth opportunitiesHow to Apply:Please submit your resume and portfolio to apply for this role.
