Responsibilities

·       Responsible for Plumbing design layouts, BOQ making and optimization in Water and Wastewater Treatment projects.

·       Shall work on Auto cad and Revit software's to create solutions for the building industry.

·       Develop and check Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), from preliminary drawings to issue for construction

·       Monitoring closely the site activities to ensure the quality of work is in compliance with approved shop drawings and specification and get a daily progress report from site supervision

·       Shall sync with commercial sales team members for solutions and shall join them in technical discussions of products and design layout to consultants and developers teams.

·       Shall be accountable for onsite training to Engineers, Plumbers, Electricians mockup installation training and partially for project completion.

·       Develop and check Line Designation Tables (line lists with process and mechanical design conditions captured)

·       Perform and check hydraulic calculations for pumps, control valves, and line sizing

·       Performing detailed process design calculations such as equipment sizing, mass balance and equipment selection

·       Completing process documentation such as datasheets, functional description, equipment lists, and manuals.


Qualifications

·       MEP Engineer (Plumbing & Designing) with specialization in Water & Wastewater Treatment,

·       Chemical Engineers Preferable

·       2-3 years’ experience in AutoCAD design.

·       Should have prior experience in Complete Plumbing design from ground-up in AutoCAD
