Robotics Installation Specialist

Job Title: Field Services EngineerA rewarding opportunity awaits a diligent professional to join our organization in the capacity of a Field Services Engineer. This role is designed for an individual with strong analytical and diagnostic abilities, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a high level of professionalism.The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting site surveys and pre-installation planning to ensure readiness for robotic system installation. They will also execute complete setup, installation, and system validation of surgical robotic platforms at hospital sites, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and configuration protocols.This position requires a strong hands-on experience with electro-mechanical systems and software troubleshooting, as well as knowledge of hospital workflows and operating room environments. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field, and 3-5 years of experience in field service or technical support.Key Responsibilities:Conduct site surveys and pre-installation planning to ensure readiness for robotic system installationExecute complete setup, installation, and system validation of surgical robotic platforms at hospital sitesProvide comprehensive on-site training to hospital biomedical engineers, OR staff, and surgeons on system operation and troubleshootingRespond to emergency service requests to diagnose and resolve system failuresPerform scheduled maintenance activities as per defined service intervals and standardsImplement hardware and software upgrades in alignment with manufacturer bulletins and update schedulesRequired Skills and Qualifications:Strong analytical and diagnostic abilitiesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsHigh level of professionalism, discretion, and service orientationWillingness to travel frequently across assigned zonesBachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field3-5 years of experience in field service or technical support
