They will play a crucial role in developing and managing HCM BI and OTBI reports and dashboards.Responsibilities:Developing secure HCM BI and OTBI Reports/DashboardsCreating HCM Extracts, ETL Jobs, and Fast formulaData uploads via HDL/HSDL templatesUnderstanding of HCM roles, security, and customizing workflowKnowledge on various customization tools would be beneficialExcellent analytical and debugging skillsStrong documentation, testing, and migrating objects into productionEffective communication and collaboration with business teamsQualifications:Minimum of 8-14 years of working experience in Oracle HCM cloud application is required.Required Skills:Proficiency in developing secure HCM BI and OTBI Reports/DashboardsExperience in creating HCM Extracts, ETL Jobs, and Fast formulaExperience in data uploads via HDL/HSDL templatesUnderstanding of HCM roles, security, and customizing workflowExcellent analytical and debugging skillsStrong documentation and testing skillsEffective communication and collaboration skillsPreferred Skills:Knowledge of various customization tools would be beneficial
