Sterling OMS Developer RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Sterling OMS Developer to design, develop and implement solutions on the IBM Sterling Order Management System platform.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop and implement solutions using IBM Sterling OMS ensuring scalability, performance and seamless integration with other enterprise systems.Work extensively on backend components including order workflows, APIs and integrations with external systems such as payment, fulfillment and inventory.Perform UI customization using Sterling Web UI Framework, JSP, JavaScript and other relevant technologies.Collaborate with product owners, architects and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Troubleshoot and resolve production issues ensuring system stability and optimal performance.Participate in code reviews, performance tuning and deployment activities.Maintain and enhance existing OMS functionalities and integrations.Required Skills:Strong hands-on experience in IBM Sterling Order Management System implementation, customization and support.Proficiency in Core Java, J2EE, XML, XSLT, SQL and REST/SOAP-based integrations.Experience in UI customization using Sterling Web UI, Dojo, JSP or JavaScript frameworks.Good understanding of order lifecycle, fulfillment processes and supply chain concepts.Familiarity with Microservices and integration platforms ESB, MQ, API Gateways is a plus.Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
