Job OpportunityAs a strategic growth leader, you will drive business expansion through the development and execution of market-driven strategies.Design and implement operational plans to enhance efficiency and propel business advancement.Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify areas for improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage project timelines and ensure seamless delivery of corporate strategy initiatives.Conduct cost and overhead analysis, identifying opportunities for optimization, and drive project schedule and efficiency assessments across sites.The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, analytical thinking, process orientation, collaboration, and proficiency in Excel, PPT, and Power BI. They will be proactive, action-oriented, have a continuous improvement mindset, problem-solving approach, and be team-oriented and collaborative.
