Job DescriptionVeriBranch Product Owner/Manager defines, governs and executes the product vision roadmap and end-to-end strategy for a comprehensive Branch Automation and Teller Operations platform designed for retail SME and corporate banking. The role ensures VeriBranch remains compliant operationally efficient user-friendly and aligned with evolving branch-level service needs regulatory expectations and digital transformation initiatives.This position is responsible for the functional integrity commercial positioning and long-term success of the VeriBranch product suite including its Go-to-Market strategy version upgrade roadmap and integration governance models.The role requires effective communication of the product vision strategy and go-to-market approach ensuring alignment with branch-banking priorities operational efficiency goals regulatory expectations commercial objectives and competitive positioning.Key responsibilities include driving the Branch UX Modernization agenda owning prioritizing and regularly updating the product backlog managing the Migration & Version Upgrade Roadmap for seamless adoption across banks while maintaining backward compatibility and minimizing operational disruption.Additional duties involve converting business operational and regulatory requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria tailored for development QE and integration teams ensuring clarity of ownership across product teams aligning delivery milestones with strategic roadmap objectives and owning governing integration standards especially for core-driven transactional flows.Consistency and quality are ensured in all integrations across core banking APIs cash recycler cash dispenser cheque scanner and peripheral device lifecycles as well as collaboration with enterprise architects to enforce API versioning error handling resilience patterns and performance benchmarks.Product performance is monitored using analytics and KPIs (transaction throughput teller efficiency audit exceptions adoption customer satisfaction) and drive continuous improvement based on feedback operational insights and industry benchmarks.The successful candidate will oversee security audit readiness regulatory compliance and continuous enhancement for operational resilience collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback communicate changes in priorities risks and dependencies and ensure alignment across all parties.Client Success alignment involves developing adoption playbooks implementation guidelines defining rollout strategies for new branch modules coordinating training materials user guides and demo scenarios representing the product in demos conferences workshops and strategic meetings.Required Skills and QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science Information Systems Banking Engineering or Business Administration with advanced degrees being an asset.10+ years of experience in product ownership business analysis or product management within financial services branch automation teller systems or large-scale enterprise software platforms.Proven experience managing enterprise-grade products with complex integrations multi-module architectures and cross-product dependencies (branch systems digital channels core banking CRM).Prior involvement in large-scale banking implementations including rollout planning version upgrades migration programs and multi-branch deployment cycles.Solid knowledge of .NET Framework software architecture fundamentals API design patterns and enterprise integration practices.Hands-on understanding of Azure services (AppService Azure SQL Event Hub Key Vault API Management) cloud deployment models security practices and observability tools.Experience leading integration governance API consistency versioning and orchestration for enterprise banking systems.Ability to guide development teams in adopting resilience patterns secure coding standards.Ability to manage UX modernization initiatives driving improvements in teller usability performance accessibility dual-monitor flows and workflow optimization.Experience working with cross-functional teams (Sales Pre-Sales Architecture DevOps Delivery Support) to ensure cohesive product lifecycle execution.BenefitsPerformance-Linked Bonus your hard work doesn't go unnoticed.Rewards Beyond the Job enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including Remote Work Support Health Insurance Care Program and Online Psychological Support we care about you.Birthday Leave because you matter take the day off on your birthday and treat yourself.Global Impact Cutting-Edge Tech immerse yourself in global projects with top-tier clients and stay ahead with cutting-edge technologies your skills will shape the future of our industry.Unleash Your Potential develop yourself with VeriPark Academy opportunities webinars and in-house training sessions.Diverse Vibrant Community be part of a dynamic environment that values diversity and inclusivity.Together Culture cultivate connections through engaging face-to-face gatherings as well as online fun events special information sharing environment where you can update and align yourself.
