Role Description

1. Workforce Management

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations for both factory (blue collar) and office staff (white collar).
  • Maintain updated employee records, attendance, and leave management.
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of staff and workmen.

2. Statutory Compliance

  • Ensure timely and accurate handling of ESI, PF, and other statutory compliances .
  • Liaise with government bodies, auditors, and consultants for inspections and compliance.
  • Prepare and maintain relevant documentation and statutory registers as per labor laws.

3. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Address grievances of blue-collar workers and support white-collar employees in HR matters.
  • Promote a positive and compliant workplace culture.
  • Assist in implementing employee engagement initiatives, welfare measures, and health & safety programs.

4. HR Operations

  • Support payroll preparation by providing accurate attendance and statutory inputs.
  • Issue letters, contracts, and other employee documentation.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee data.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of HR experience in a manufacturing company (must have handled blue & white collars).
  • Strong knowledge of ESI, PF, labor laws, and statutory compliances .
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to handle workforce issues tactfully.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRMS/ERP systems.
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and reporting skills.
