Legal Operations ManagerWe are seeking a highly skilled Legal Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for end-to-end legal operations spanning multiple entities.Your primary focus will be on contract management and compliance governance, including handling notices, coordinating with external counsel, and ensuring smooth cross-border operations.Main Responsibilities:Handle legal notices, responses, and communications for various entities.Manage statutory and regulatory compliance under relevant laws and regulations.Liaise with external advisors for litigation, IP protection, employment law, and data-privacy matters.Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS Agreements, MSAs, NDAs, Channel Partner Agreements, Vendor Contracts, and Consulting Agreements.Support the Sales and Finance teams with customer contract reviews, renewals, and compliance with relevant obligations.Maintain a contract repository, track renewals, and ensure timely renewals of customer and vendor contracts.Develop internal contract playbooks and templates for repeatable use.Provide legal inputs to internal stakeholders on business decisions and pricing models.Draft, review, and update internal policies – Code of Conduct, Anti-Bribery, Data Protection, Vendor Onboarding, and Employment policies.Maintain documentation trails and version control for all legal and policy documents.
