Unlock the Power of AI with Our Next-Generation Search SolutionsWe're revolutionizing conversational search, personalized recommendations, and AI-driven discovery for a leading entertainment platform in India.This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned ML Engineer to design, train, and productionize models that power search relevance, retrieval, personalization, and LLM-based conversational experiences at massive scale.You'll work closely with our backend, platform, and catalog enrichment teams to deliver high-quality ML components under tight performance and latency constraints.Key Responsibilities:Search Ranking and Retrieval Models:Develop and improve search ranking, retrieval, and query understanding models using cutting-edge technologies.Conversational Search Components:Build and deploy ML components for conversational search, including multi-turn context handling, query intent detection and classification, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, and reasoning workflows (ReAct).Embedding Models and Vector Stores:Design and optimize embedding models, vector stores, and similarity search systems for efficient and accurate results.Personalized Recommendation Models:Develop and train deep learning models for building personalized ranking and recommendation systems.Large-Scale ML Systems:Work on large-scale ML systems optimized for low latency, high throughput, and cost-efficient inference.ML Pipeline Best Practices:Implement best practices for ML pipelines, including versioning, monitoring, A/B testing, and observability.Caching Strategies:Design and implement caching strategies to hit strict SLA targets.Long-Term Roadmap:Contribute to long-term roadmap initiatives, including foundational retrieval models, multi-objective optimization, and user lifecycle modeling.
