Job Title: Quality Assurance SpecialistAs a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of projects from planning to delivery. You will be responsible for identifying and mitigating key barriers, while driving projects forward with strategic planning and management.Develop project plans that incorporate design, implementation, and post-sales support strategies.Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, as well as third-party product requirements.Provide timely updates to stakeholders on project progress and timelines.Collaborate with management to report milestones and present project needs.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, each with varying complexity levels.Oversee project management activities from requirement gathering to compliance expectations.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.Develop expertise in product offerings and stay up-to-date with industry trends.Deliver exceptional service that fosters end-to-end customer engagement.Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and availability of company information assets.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field.Relevant certifications such as CISSP/CISM/CEH/CISA/PMP/CCSP are preferred.Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with IT project management tools like Microsoft Project.Ability to apply logical thinking to define problems and draw conclusions.Familiarity with cybersecurity technologies and tools is essential.Experience with SOC/incident response/blue and red teams/network forensics is beneficial.Familiarity with Windows/Linux and Mac OS is necessary.Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills are required.Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential.Benefits:This role offers a unique opportunity to grow professionally and contribute to the success of our organization.
