Key Role SummaryThe ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with experience in regulated or enterprise IT environments. They should have strong documentation skills and the ability to work across engineering, security, governance teams, and collect data & inputs from business teams.This role focuses on maintaining IT policies, standards, risk registers, audit readiness, controls testing, and compliance reporting across cybersecurity, cloud, data, and change management. It also supports project management office (PMO) activities including project tracking, RAID management, execution governance, and stakeholder reporting.Some of the key responsibilities include:Maintaining IT policies, standards, risk registers, and audit readiness for continuous improvement.Ensuring effective controls testing and compliance reporting across various domains.Sustaining PMO activities such as project tracking, RAID management, execution governance, and stakeholder reporting.Required Skills and QualificationsThe successful candidate will have 4-8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Commerce / CRM / CE/ Supply Chain). Strong understanding of out-of-the-box features and a track record in build/configure using feature set, configurations, flow & functionality are essential. Experience in working on CRM, case management, and workflow automation is also necessary.Familiarity with schema definition and integrating Dynamics with backend/3rd party services via REST/GraphQL is required. Knowledge of Azure AD B2C/identity & access management, hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), and exposure to Azure cloud architecture, DevOps, pipelines are desirable.Prior experience with tools like Jira or similar is a plus. A nice-to-have qualification includes experience in fintech/SME lending/payments/digital banking/embedded finance, functional knowledge of B2B marketplace or similar platforms, and exposure to Wave 2 update, Copilot Studio, Agent build & deploy.
