Job Title: Steel Procurement SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled Steel Procurement Specialist to support a leading steel manufacturing group in Oman with multiple hiring requirements across their procurement function.Purchase Manager - Muscat | 1 PositionPurchase Assistant - Muscat | 1 PositionPurchase Assistant - Buraimi | 1 PositionKey Responsibilities:Procure steel raw materials, consumables, spares, and industrial supplies by handling purchase orders, managing follow-ups, and mitigating supply delays.Evaluate and negotiate with local and international suppliers to ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and import/export procedures.Prepare RFQs, maintain accurate ERP documentation, and monitor market trends to control costs and improve procurement efficiency.Build strong supplier relationships, track deliveries, and manage performance metrics.Candidate Profile:Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.Purchase Manager: 10+ years of procurement experience within steel or heavy manufacturing.Purchase Assistant: 5+ years of procurement experience with steel sector exposure preferred.Strong analytical skills, negotiation, coordination, and MS Office proficiency.Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with multiple stakeholders.Why this role?This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled Steel Procurement Specialist to join our team and make a significant impact on the procurement process.
