Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics Functional Consultant to join our team.As a Dynamics Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting Dynamics solutions throughout the project lifecycle. This includes providing support and guidance to business users, contributing towards solution design, creating functional and customisation design documents, assisting with configuration and data migration, and troubleshooting issues and recommending solutions.The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities:Project Delivery: Provide expert-level consulting services to clients on Dynamics projects, including implementation, configuration, and customization.Technical Skills: Possess advanced knowledge of Dynamics capabilities and limitations, as well as strong technical skills in areas such as data migration and configuration.Business Acumen: Develop a deep understanding of customer requirements and identify creative workarounds to meet those needs without customisations.Process Improvement: Analyse business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and provide recommendations.Requirements:Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Dynamics consulting or a related field.Skills: Advanced knowledge of Dynamics capabilities and limitations, strong technical skills in data migration and configuration, and excellent problem-solving skills.
