Job DescriptionWe're seeking a skilled Full Stack Engineer to join our team. As a Full Stack Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable, efficient, and maintainable solutions.You will work closely with Product, UX, and QA teams to deliver the product, reducing rework and improving productivity by designing first and then developing a methodology.A strong understanding of data structures and algorithms is required for efficient and optimized solutions.You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.Responsibilities include:Designing, developing, and deploying applications and their various modulesWorking closely with Product, UX, and QA teams to deliver the productReducing rework and improving productivity by designing first and then developing a methodologyUnderstanding and fixing customer incidents and defectsBuilding dynamic and responsive user interfaces using modern frameworks such as React or AngularStrong experience with Node.js (preferred). Familiarity with Spring or Django is a plus.Solid experience with MySQL (preferred). Knowledge of NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) is an advantage.Writing clean, modular, and scalable code for frontend and backend developmentOptimizing SQL queries and ensuring efficient database interactionCollaborating with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutionsQualificationsMinimum of 1 year of relevant experienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or a related fieldGraduates with demonstrated project experience or internships in relevant areas are strongly encouraged to applyBenefitsA culture that fosters growth, integrity, and innovationA fun environment in the office and well-being for employees
