Job Title: Customer Relationship SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled customer relationship specialist to join our team.Making outbound calls to potential customers to schedule high-quality leads for sales.Identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, researching every issue, and providing solutions and/or alternatives.Seizing opportunities to upsell services when they arise.FOLLOWING up with potential customers in a timely manner if necessary.Managing a large number of outbound calls in a timely manner.Documenting all call information in CRM according to standard operating procedures.Meeting personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.Key Responsibilities:The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be familiar with CRM and cloud telephony systems, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.RequirementsEducational Requirements: Graduate in any stream (10+2+3 regular education).Work Experience: 0-1 yrs of relevant experience in Telesales, Inside sales or similar.Shift Details: 6 days working, Monday will be weekly off.Language Prerequisites: English-Hindi, English-Marathi, English-Kannada, English-Telugu/Tamil. Certifications: Proficient in spoken English with proper grammar & fluency.Skill Set: Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills, Familiar with CRM & cloud telephony systems and practices, Customer-focused and adaptable to different personality types, Have the ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively, Possess previous experience in a call centre dealing with Indian consumers.
