Legal Contract SpecialistThis role involves negotiating complex contracts, driving deals to close, and identifying commercial and legal risks.We're looking for a qualified lawyer with 5+ years of PQE experience to own and scale our contracting function.Negotiation skills are essential in this position. You'll work across jurisdictions, advise on privacy, AI, and IP issues, and provide clear guidance for non-lawyers.Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements.Counseling internal teams on privacy, cybersecurity, AI, and intellectual property issues.This is a fully remote role requiring autonomy, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.Responsibilities Include:Negotiating enterprise-level contracts.Partnerships with Sales, Finance, and Implementation teams.Identifying and mitigating commercial and legal risks.Advising on data regulation and tech trends.Developing scalable processes for the contracting function.
