Job Overview:


This role demands a full-stack developer who can write efficient, clean code across multiple programming languages, and work extensively on Shopify and WordPress platforms. Shopify development will be a key focus, so experience with Shopify customization, integration, and app development is essential. You will work on diverse web projects, handling custom design, layout implementation, animations, and technical problem-solving.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Full-Stack Development: Develop and maintain web applications across multiple programming languages, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and back-end technologies.
  • Shopify Customization: Implement and extend custom Shopify themes, plugins, and functionality. Expertise in Shopify development is a non-negotiable requirement.
  • Technical Problem Solving: Diagnose and resolve complex web development challenges, ensuring optimal website performance and user experience.
  • Custom Website Design: Translate design mockups into fully responsive, high-performing websites using advanced coding techniques.
  • WordPress Development: Implement custom WordPress themes and plugins, ensuring seamless integration with Shopify where needed.
  • Visual Code Editing: Use visual code editors to streamline the development process and ensure design accuracy across all platforms.
  • Collaborative Development: Work with designers, content creators, and other developers to deliver cohesive, visually stunning web projects.
  • Performance Optimization: Ensure all websites, especially Shopify stores, are optimized for speed, scalability, and performance.


Qualifications:


  • Shopify Development Expertise: Proficiency in Shopify is mandatory, including theme customization, app development, and platform integrations.
  • Strong coding skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant languages.
  • Experience with WordPress is essential for integrating and maintaining WordPress-based projects.
  • Ability to handle full-stack web development across both front-end and back-end technologies.
  • Experience with animations, parallax effects, and other custom design implementations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Mid-level experience with a portfolio demonstrating your work on Shopify, WordPress, and other web technologies.
  • Immediate availability and ability to contribute from day one.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience with additional CMS or e-commerce platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and website performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
  • Understanding of UX/UI design principles.
