Job Title: Technical Lead (HMIS / RCM / Similar Domains)Location: Calicut (Near UL Cyberpark)Company: Medaura InfotechAbout the RoleMedaura Infotech is seeking an experienced Technical Lead with strong expertise in Healthcare Management Information Systems (HMIS), Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), or Similar platforms. You will lead the technical direction of our healthcare products, guide engineering teams, and ensure high-quality, scalable solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end technical development of healthcare software modules.Oversee architecture design, technical decisions, and code quality.Collaborate with product, QA, UI/UX, and management teams for smooth delivery.Mentor and guide developers across backend, frontend, and integrations.Ensure high performance, security, and scalability of systems.Manage sprint planning, code reviews, and technical documentation.Work closely on EMR, HMIS, RCM, or similar healthcare product workflows.Coordinate integrations with third-party healthcare APIs (PACS, LIS, Insurance, etc.).Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues.Required Skills & ExperiencePrevious experience in HMIS, RCM, or healthcare techStrong understanding of healthcare workflows (OP, IP, EMR, Billing, Claims, etc.)Experience in designing scalable architectures and microservicesProven leadership and team management experienceFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum practicesGood to HaveExperience integrating PACS, HL7, FHIR, LIS, or insurance systemsKnowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure)DevOps familiarity (CI/CD, Docker)Experience in startup or product-building environments.What We OfferA senior role with ownership and decision making authorityOpportunity to architect and lead a next generation healthcare platformCollaborative and innovative workplaceChance to work on meaningful solutions that impact healthcare delivery
