**Job Title:** PHP DeveloperThis role requires strong expertise in CodeIgniter framework and PHP. As a Production Support specialist, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and smooth functioning of our live applications.Troubleshoot application bugs, performance bottlenecks, database issues, and server-level problems.The ideal candidate should possess excellent debugging skills, technical prowess, and confidence to interact directly with clients. Key responsibilities include providing Level 2 and Level 3 production support for applications built using PHP and CodeIgniter, troubleshooting bugs, and resolving server-level problems.**Key Responsibilities Include:Monitoring application logs, identifying root causes, and implementing long-term fixes.Handling Linux server operations, including log analysis, file permissions, cron jobs, and deployment activities.**Required Skills & Qualifications:Strong hands-on experience with CodeIgniter Framework and PHP.Proficiency in MySQL – writing queries, joins, debugging slow queries, and database optimization.Solid working knowledge of Linux environments (Ubuntu/CentOS) – logs, configurations, server troubleshooting, user management, etc.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues quickly.Good understanding of MVC architecture, REST APIs, and application lifecycle.Ability to work under pressure and prioritize issues based on impact and urgency.Excellent communication skills – this role requires regular coordination with clients and internal teams.
