About the companyWe are an HR Tech company based in Trivandrum, offering hiring support to MNCs across India through interview ,assessments and recruitment services. We have a network of 4000+ experienced professionals who take interviews in their available time slots.Were looking for experienced professionals across various domains who can take up freelance interviews for our clients. Interviews are conducted remotely, and schedules are flexible based on your availability. And currently we are looking at panels for the given description.Experience7 to 10 Years; Minimum 5 years of development and design experience in RUST programming language.Work experience with Rust and a solid foundation with C++ or Java.Ability to write robust, highly efficient, reliable code.Experience writing multi-threaded applications.Experience in Micro services Design Patterns: (CQRS, SAGA, Circuit Breaker, API Gateway, Service Discovery etc)Hands on experience in Profiling tools like AppDynamics/Dynatrace, performance tuning, debugging, monitoring.Understanding of containerization, experienced in Dockers , Kubernetes.Benchmark performance, identify performance bottlenecks, and find ways to resolve them.Write backend code that is fast, reliable, but also highly secure.Technical SkillsStrong understanding of ownership model, concurrency, memory management.Extensive working experience using structs, traits, cargo, smart pointers in RUST.Extensive understanding / working experience with popular crates, build and deployment production grade application.Extensive coding experience with SOLID principles, Event Driven Architecture (Kafka), MongoDB, Redis, and have passion for coding.Good hands-on experience with design patterns (Creational/Structural/Behavioural) and their implementation.Well versed with CI/CD principles, actively involved in solving, troubleshooting issues in distributed services ecosystemGood experience in Quality gate tools like SonarQube, Checkmarks/fortify.Familiar with Distributed services resiliency and monitoring in a production environment.Exposed to API gateway integrations like 3Scale, Kong etcUnderstanding of Single-Sign-on or token based authentication (Rest, JWT, oAuth)Functional SkillsExperience in following best Coding, Security, Unit testing and Documentation standards and practices.Experience in Banking, Financial and Fintech experience in an enterprise environment preferred.Experience in Agile methodology.Effectively research and benchmark technology against other best in class technologies.Soft SkillsAble to influence multiple teams on technical considerations, increasing their productivity and effectiveness by sharing deep knowledge and experience.Self-motivator and self-starter, Ability to own and drive things without supervision and works collaboratively with the teams across the organizationHave excellent soft skills and interpersonal skills to interact and present the ideas to Senior and Executive management
