Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Data Science/ML Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying data science and machine learning systems that drive business growth and improve customer experiences.Key Responsibilities:System Design and Development: You will design and develop data science and machine learning systems that meet the business requirements, including data pipelines, feature engineering, and model training.Feature Engineering: You will build offline and online features for predictive models, ensure parity with a feature store, and manage data contracts.Model Training and Deployment: You will stand up reproducible training pipelines with experiment tracking, hyperparameter search, and evaluation, and deploy models to production using CI/CD pipelines.Orchestration and Automation: You will schedule jobs with workflow managers, manage dependencies, SLAs, and retries, and design backfills and incremental loads.Observability and Monitoring: You will implement data quality checks, model performance monitoring, alerting, and cost guardrails to ensure system reliability and efficiency.API Development and Integration: You will ship fast and robust APIs to push signals into Meta CAPI, Google Ads, TikTok Events API, or via reverse ETL.Experimentation and Measurement: You will partner with product teams on uplift tests, holdouts, and calibration to prove incremental value.Documentation and Enablement: You will produce crisp runbooks, ERDs, and playbooks to enable others to self-serve.Requirements and Qualifications:7-10+ years of experience shipping DS/ML systems to production (not just notebooks).Fluent in Python, SQL, and one major cloud (GCP/AWS), with BigQuery/Snowflake and dbt experience.Knowledge of MLOps (MLflow/Weights & Biases, Feast/feature store, Docker/K8s, CI/CD) and orchestration (Airflow/Prefect).Ability to communicate trade-offs with clarity and thrive in ambiguity.Benefits and Growth Opportunities:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A dynamic and collaborative work environment.Why Join Our Team:We offer a supportive and inclusive work environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and collaboration.
