Program Lead OpportunityThe role of a Program Lead is to create and drive the development of programs and processes that help identify, acquire, and nurture top talent worldwide.Directly managing, coaching, and developing team members while providing day-to-day supervision are key responsibilities.Key duties include:Ensuring established schedules are met or resolving technical or operational problems as they ariseProviding support and collaboration with onshore partners and clients to achieve shared goalsCoordinating and facilitating all employee onboarding activities to ensure seamless integrationAssessing and auditing the quality of work according to established metrics, goals, and performance expectations for team members; offering feedback and coaching as needed in partnership with managementIdentifying areas of process improvement and proposing recommendations to optimize efficiencyServing as the first point of contact for escalations – investigating root causes and suggesting next stepsCollaborating on special projects and initiativesMaintaining open communication and ensuring stakeholders are informed about project timelines and plansMeeting or exceeding assigned daily/weekly account goalsRegularly monitoring and motivating team performance to meet performance scorecards and ensure all SLAs and KPIs are being metActing as the custodian of process documentation and assisting management with reportingEnsuring that requisition activity is properly documented including candidate disposition to meet compliance and SLA/KPI tracking requirementsMaintaining a working knowledge of RSR and other up-to-date recruiting methodologiesActing as a backup to management in communicating with clients and team members
