Job Title: Senior Power Technology SpecialistJob DescriptionTata Electronics is embarking on a groundbreaking initiative to establish India's first AI-enabled state-of-the-art Semiconductor Foundry. This facility will produce chips for applications such as power management IC, display drivers, microcontrollers (MCU) and high-performance computing logic.The successful candidate will be responsible for the transfer of precision components from partner facilities while achieving performance, reliability, yield, schedule and cost targets. Additionally, they will support initial ramp while maintaining yield and quality metrics.The role involves leading cross-functional teams across diverse geographies, building strong customer relationships based on confidence in technical capabilities, competitor benchmarking, and ownership of technology roadmap. Presentation to internal and customer senior executives, travel, ability to manage, mentor, and lead a team of highly motivated professionals are also essential skills required for this position.Required Skills and QualificationsM.S or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science or equivalentStrong understanding of CMOS and Power device physics, process modules, yield improvement, failure mechanisms, analytical techniques (physical and electrical)Understanding of EDMOS/LDMOS device design trade-offs using resurf and superjunction conceptsDeep knowledge of power technology parameters and figures of merit (Rsp, RonQg, SOA, etc); experience in achieving competitive performanceProven track record in delivering these technologies into volume manufacturingBenefitsThis is a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to the growth of the company.
