As an Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting tasks, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. If you have a keen eye for numbers, a passion for accuracy, and experience in real estate accounting, we'd love to hear from you
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting operations, including invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and statements.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other tax regulations applicable to the real estate sector.
Assist in budgeting, cash flow management, and expense tracking.
Coordinate with banks, auditors, and financial institutions for smooth transactions.
Support the finance team in property-related transactions, lease accounting, and project cost tracking.
Analyze financial data and provide insights for better decision-making.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in accounting (Real Estate industry experience is a plus).
Strong knowledge of Tally, Excel, and accounting software.
Understanding of GST, TDS, and real estate financial regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience- Experience is Real Estate would be a additional point
Work Location- Mohali, Punjab
Budget for the role- 30k pm
