What You’ll Do

As a Senior Team Lead, you will be the anchor for your team, ensuring that they are motivated, supported, and achieving excellence. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

  • Inspire & Motivate: Drive your team to deliver outstanding results in a collaborative, high-energy setting.
  • Lead & Mentor: Guide and coach team members, helping them master systems, processes, and client-specific needs.
  • Performance Management: Set clear performance goals, monitor progress, and implement strategies to maximize productivity.
  • Problem Solve & Strategize: Act as the go-to person for troubleshooting and coming up with creative solutions for operational challenges.
  • Team Development: Engage in continuous feedback and training to ensure that your team is equipped with the latest tools and techniques.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to track progress and areas for improvement.

  • Proven Leadership Skills: Experience managing and developing teams in a fast-paced environment.

Work Location & Shift

  • Onsite Location: CG Road, Ahmedabad, India
  • Shift Timings: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST / 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM IST
  • Work Schedule: 5.5 days working week
