JOB OVERVIEW


We are looking for a dynamic SharePoint Developer with expertise in Power Apps to join our team. In this role, you will design and implement customized SharePoint solutions that enhance business processes, automate workflows, and improve collaboration across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate SharePoint with other business systems, ensuring seamless data flow and system functionality. While the core focus will be SharePoint and Power Apps, the ability to build integrations and experience with website development will be a valuable asset in this role.


KEY RESPONSIBLIITIES 


  • SharePoint Development & Customization:

oDesign and develop SharePoint sites, pages, and custom web parts.

o Customize SharePoint user experiences using SharePoint Designer, Power Apps, and Power Automate.

oBuild and maintain lists, libraries, workflows, and document management systems.


  • Power Apps & Workflow Automation:

oDevelop custom Power Apps to automate key business processes and improve collaboration.

oUse Power Automate to automate workflows and connect SharePoint with other business platforms and third- party services.

oOptimize existing Power Apps and workflows for performance and usability.


  • System Integration & Connectivity:

oBuild integrations between SharePoint and other internal/external systems using APIs or Power Automate.

oCollaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth data flow and system interoperability.

oManage and troubleshoot integrations, ensuring data integrity and consistency across platforms.


  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:

oWork closely with the internal team and the business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable SharePoint and Power Apps solutions.

oCreate and maintain technical documentation.


QUALIFICATIONS


  • Education & Experience:

oBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

o3-5 years of hands-on experience in SharePoint development, Power Apps, and workflow automation.

oExperience developing and deploying custom SharePoint solutions, including integrating Power Apps with other platforms.

oExperience integrating SharePoint with other systems using Power Automate, APIs, or other connectors.


  • Technical Skills:

oProficiency in SharePoint Online and SharePoint Designer.

oExpertise in Power Apps development and workflow automation with Power Automate.

oStrong understanding of SharePoint architecture, including site collections, lists, libraries, and permissions.

oStrong knowledge of front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (React, Angular) is preferred but not required.

oExperience with APIs, REST services, and integrating multiple platforms.


  • Soft Skills:

oStrong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving issues.

oAbility to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

oExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
