National Finance Olympiad (NFO) is a leader in finance training and finance olympiads. Since 2021, over 15,000 students have elevated their finance skills through NFO's comprehensive training programs.
What's the Opportunity?
We are looking for a creative Visual Designer with a strong emphasis on illustration to join our team. You will play a key role in crafting engaging visuals and animations for our products and marketing campaigns, ensuring our brand shines across all platforms. This contract position offers the chance to work collaboratively with our Head of Design and cross-functional teams to enhance user experience, increase engagement, and refine NFO's visual identity.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Design Illustrations and Animations: Produce original illustrations and animations for NFO's app, website, and marketing channels that align with our evolving brand identity.
- Develop Marketing Materials: Design engaging visuals for email campaigns, social media, digital ads, and promotional materials to attract and retain users.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with product managers, designers, and marketers to align creative output with strategic goals and project requirements.
- Refine Brand Identity: Evolve and maintain NFO's visual style while ensuring innovation and consistency across all platforms.
- Enhance Product Visuals: Strengthen the visual appeal of NFO's products through thoughtful design and branding strategies.
- Stay Updated: Keep pace with design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table.
- Own Your Projects: Manage end-to-end project workflows, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
What Skills Do You Need?
- Experience: 1+ years of professional experience in visual design, with a portfolio showcasing strong illustration, animation, and marketing work.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects), Figma, and other design tools.
- Illustration & Animation Skills: Ability to create diverse illustration styles and animations, from initial sketches to polished artwork.
- Branding Knowledge: Experience refining and maintaining brand identity across multiple touchpoints.
- Marketing Design: Proven ability to create marketing materials that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong eye for design details, including typography, composition, color usage, and animation timing.
- Communication Skills: Ability to clearly articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively within teams.
- Team Player: Experience working cross-functionally and incorporating feedback to improve outcomes.
