Our mobile app is at the heart of our ecosystem—delivering seamless fitness experiences, personalized recommendations, and real-time engagement to thousands of users daily.We’re looking for a Senior Flutter Developer—a visionary, problem solver, and tech leader who can take complete ownership of our mobile product, build robust features, and scale it into a world-class fitness platform.Your RoleOwn the Mobile ProductLead the end-to-end development and maintenance of the WTF mobile application.Ensure world-class user experience and app stability across both iOS and Android platforms.Take full ownership of architecture, scalability, and deployment.UI/UX ExcellenceCollaborate closely with the design team to convert UI/UX mockups into high-quality, pixel-perfect Flutter interfaces.Implement smooth animations, responsive layouts, and intuitive workflows.API Integration & Logical FlowIntegrate backend APIs efficiently and ensure seamless real-time data synchronization.Architect logical workflows and state management using tools like Bloc, Riverpod, or Provider.Performance & OptimizationOptimize app performance to ensure minimal load times, zero lag, and crash-free experience.Utilize Flutter DevTools, Firebase Crashlytics, and Sentry for performance monitoring and debugging.Testing & Quality AssuranceImplement unit, widget, and integration testing to maintain code reliability.Work with QA to ensure every release is stable, polished, and production-ready.Team Collaboration & LeadershipCollaborate cross-functionally with backend, product, and design teams to brainstorm and deliver new features.Mentor junior developers, review code, and uphold clean coding standards.Drive innovation by introducing the latest Flutter trends, tools, and best practices.What You Bring5+ years of mobile app development experience, with 3+ years in Flutter building production-grade applications.Strong command of Dart, Flutter widgets, animations, and custom UI components.Proven experience in state management (Bloc, Riverpod, Provider, etc.) and RESTful API integration.Deep understanding of Firebase services (Firestore, Analytics, Crashlytics, Push Notifications).Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and app store deployment.Strong debugging, optimization, and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with Android and iOS design principles and platform guidelines.Ability to take full technical ownership and deliver under tight deadlines.Why Join WTF?Take complete product ownership of a fast-growing, high-impact fitness tech platform.Work directly with leadership on product strategy, design, and innovation.Opportunity to build, scale, and optimize a product that touches thousands of lives daily.Competitive compensation and performance-driven growth opportunities.
