Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized and analytical individual to join our team as a Payments Operations Coordinator. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth onboarding and contracting of external payment providers.Your primary objective will be to build continuous engagement with external payment providers, leading to seamless onboarding and contracting of their services. Once payments start processing, you will lead performance monitoring and implement any necessary improvements.You will work closely with various internal departments, including legal, finance, product, design, and marketing teams, to gather all necessary information required by external providers. You will also collaborate with the Business Intelligence (BI) and technology teams to ensure smooth integration and performance monitoring.In this role, structure and standardization are essential. You will maintain and optimize the onboarding checklist, internal documentation, with a focus on scalability and efficiency.Main Responsibilities:Coordinate new merchant applications and onboardings in collaboration with multiple external providers and internal departments.Monitor and prepare management reports on payment performance KPIs, working closely with the BI analyst to build dashboards and involve relevant team members to maintain KPIs.Serve as the primary point of contact for external queries and complete requests regarding merchant KYC, risk, and compliance requirements, as well as day-to-day inquiries.Be the master user of external tools and systems, performing regular reports generation, dashboard reviews, and user management.Required Skills and QualificationsBachelor's degree.2-5 years of experience in operations or vendor management within ecommerce/digital goods and services.Excellent project management skills, extremely organized, and detail-oriented.Data-driven analysis and recommendation capabilities, with an ability to identify opportunities for improvement.Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintaining high productivity levels with attention to detail.Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to new processes and procedures, handling varied requests and challenges effectively.Fluency in English, spoken and written.What We OfferWe provide an excellent opportunity for professional growth and development in a dynamic and innovative company.
