The Global Markets Controls Office plays a vital role in overseeing and controlling front-office activities. As an Analyst in this team, you will be responsible for managing the GM Supervision Framework, identifying and escalating non-financial risks, and enhancing conduct and control practices.You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a conceptual understanding of Investment Banking and Financial market products, and basic project management skills to work with regional teams and stakeholders to drive control excellence and standardization across regions.Key areas of focus include:Managing the GM Supervision FrameworkIdentifying and escalating non-financial risksEnhancing conduct and control practicesTo succeed in this role, you should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
