Our mission is to empower communities by providing access to products, services, and opportunities that improve everyday life.About the Role:We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager – HR to manage the full employee lifecycle — from Hire to Retire — covering Tech Hiring, HR Operations, and HR Business Partnering. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with leadership and play a key part in shaping our people culture and growth journey.Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition (Tech Hiring):Manage end-to-end recruitment for technology and support functions.Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and ensure timely closures.Source and attract high-quality talent through various channels (portals, social media, referrals, etc.).Drive an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.Manage pre-onboarding and onboarding activities for new hires.HR Operations:Manage complete employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exits.Maintain HRIS and ensure data accuracy and compliance.Coordinate with payroll and accounts teams for salary inputs and attendance records.Oversee leave, attendance, and employee documentation.Prepare HR dashboards and reports for management.HR Business Partnering:Partner with business teams to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.Conduct employee engagement and retention programs.Support the performance management process including goal setting and reviews.Identify learning and development needs and coordinate relevant programs.Address employee grievances and foster a positive work environment.Preferred candidate profileMBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.47 years of hands-on HR experience across Tech Hiring, HR Operations, and HRBP roles.Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and compliance.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools / HRIS systems.Why Join Rozana:Opportunity to be part of a fast-growing rural commerce company driving meaningful impact.Exposure to diverse HR functions across the employee lifecycle.Collaborative and people-focused culture with room to grow.Conveniently located in Bangalores vibrant Koramangala area.
