We enable #HumanFirstDigital.About the Role: We are seeking a skilled AWS DevOps/MLOps Engineer to support our Agentic AI initiative. In this role, you will design, automate, and maintain scalable AWS infrastructure and ML workflows that power next-generation AI solutions. You’ll collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to ensure seamless deployment, monitoring, and optimization of AI/ML systems.Responsibilities:AWS Infrastructure: Design, deploy, and manage AWS services (VPC, EC2, ECS/EKS, S3, IAM, Lambda, Step Functions, CloudFormation/Terraform).CI/CD Pipelines: Build and maintain pipelines for AI/ML models, data workflows, and applications.MLOps Practices: Implement model versioning, automated training/testing, deployment, and monitoring.SageMaker Operations: Support model training, deployment, monitoring, and drift detection using AWS SageMaker.Workflow Automation: Automate ML and data workflows with Airflow, Step Functions, or Kubeflow.Observability: Implement monitoring and alerting with CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar tools.Qualifications:Experience: 4–8 years in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or MLOps.AWS Expertise: Hands-on experience with SageMaker, S3, EKS/ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, Redshift, and DynamoDB.CI/CD Tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or AWS CodePipeline.IaC Tools: Terraform, AWS CDK, or CloudFormation.Scripting Languages: Proficiency in Python, Bash, or Go.Containerization: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.ML Lifecycle: Knowledge of data ingestion, model training, deployment, monitoring, and retraining.Monitoring & Logging: Familiarity with CloudWatch, ELK, Datadog, or Prometheus.GitOps: Understanding of infrastructure and ML model management through GitOps practices.Our benefits and rewards program has been thoughtfully designed to recognize your skills and contributions, elevate your learning/upskilling experience and provide care and support for you and your loved ones.
