You'll work closely with internal teams and clients to assess risks, design and implement controls, and ensure compliance with leading frameworks such asISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, PCI DSS,andISO 27701This role is ideal forfreshers or early-career professionalswho are passionate about cybersecurity, risk, and compliance, and eager to build a strong foundation in the GRC domain. You'll be guided by experienced mentors, gain hands-on exposure to real-world projects, and contribute to building internal best practices and frameworks as part of our growing GRC team.ResponsibilitiesParticipate in Governance, Risk & Compliance engagements covering information security, cybersecurity, risk management, and privacy.Support engagement execution, including documentation, report preparation, and delivery to clients.Collaborate effectively with team members, maintaining communication, sharing updates, and supporting project delivery.Develop and maintain productive relationships with client stakeholders.Assist in scoping, planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities.Prepare project status reports, management presentations, and documentation.Contribute to internal process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.Desired Skills & ExperienceStrong understanding of IT Risk Management, Control Development, and Auditing principles.Sound knowledge of information security and risk management frameworks.Exposure to or understanding of standards such as ISO 27001/2, ISO 27701, SOC 2, PCI DSS, NIST CSF, HIPAA, or similar frameworks.Ability to clearly present findings, insights, and recommendations to technical and business stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, learning-oriented mindset.Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work independently when required.Educational background: BE/B.Tech, MCA, M.Sc (Stats/Maths/Computer Science), or MBA with a Computer Science or IT background.Professional certifications such as Certified in Cybersecurity (CC), ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer, ISO 27701 Lead Auditor, or similar are a plusWhy Join UsBe part of a young, passionate cybersecurity company making a real impact.Growth-oriented culture built on trust, transparency and teamwork.To Apply:Send your resume towith the subject line:"GRC Analyst – Bangalore | [Your Name]"
