This pivotal role requires 8-10 years of expert domain knowledge, covering the entire hire to retire lifecycle.  To excel in this position, must have done minimum 2 successful implementations in Fusion and possess expertise in benefits, compensation, US payroll, core HR, absence management, OTL, and talent management modules. Proven experience in client-facing roles with strong written and verbal communication skills is essential.  The ideal candidate should be able to lead cross-functional teams, provide mentorship, work allocation, monitoring, and status updates to project managers.
