As a Non-IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for healthcare, life sciences, administrative, finance, legal, and professional services roles across the United States.This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a result-oriented mindset.Key ResponsibilitiesSource candidates through job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, ZipRecruiter, etc.)Screen resumes and short-list applicants based on job requirementsConduct phone screens and evaluate candidates’ qualificationsCoordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managersMaintain and update candidate pipelines in ATSBuild and maintain professional relationships with candidatesActively follow up with candidates throughout recruitment lifecycleAssist with onboarding and documentation for selected candidatesAchieve weekly and monthly hiring goalsQualificationsExcellent spoken and written English1-3 years of experience as as Non-IT RecruiterStrong communication & interpersonal skillsConfident, proactive, and career-oriented attitudeAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to work night shift (US time zone)
