NCQC Laboratory LLP (formely known as National Centre for Quality Calibration) is ISO/IEC 17025 accredited calibration laboratory by NABL.We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented experienced HR Executive to join our team.Job Description:Key Responsibilities:Recruitment and Onboarding:Post job openings, review resumes, and schedule interviews.Conduct initial screenings and coordinate onboarding.Employee Relations:Address employee queries and resolve issues.Support employee engagement initiatives.HR Administration:Maintain employee records and HR databases.Assist in payroll and benefits administration.Policy Development:Assist in developing and communicating HR policies.Ensure policy adherence.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.More than 1 year of experience as an HR ExecutiveStrong organizational and communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.Preferred Qualifications:Graduation or Master's degree in Human Resources.HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP).What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits.Professional development opportunities.Inclusive work environment.Note: (This posting is not for freshers or interns)Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹22, ₹25,000.00 per monthBenefits:Food providedHealth insuranceLanguage:English (Preferred)Work Location: In person
