Highly Skilled Artificial Intelligence Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Artificial Intelligence Engineer to spearhead the development of our cutting-edge AI system.This role requires expertise in building and shipping ML/LLM systems in production, owning data → modeling → evaluation → infra → deployment, thinking in terms of reliability, precision/recall, and trust, and preferring small teams and fast iterations.The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing systems that understand and classify content across various channels into actionable work units.The ability to determine the domain of each task (engineering, design, product, writing, support, etc.) based on message content + context is crucial for this position.Additionally, the ideal candidate will be able to infer the actual work needed from vague task requests and convert them into structured, actionable work units.The chosen individual will also be responsible for triggering internal or external agents that can help complete tasks, with human confirmation where required.Furthermore, they will cluster related messages across channels into implicit 'Projects' without teams needing to create them manually.The selected candidate will also prepare accurate updates for user approval and detect meeting-related asks, identify participants, find availability, and propose times.This role involves working on complex problems that combine LLM reasoning in messy real-world environments, RAG across live organizational systems, dynamic agent orchestration, high-bar product reliability, user-in-the-loop workflows, and execution-critical latency constraints.Key Responsibilities:Building and deploying ML/LLM systems in productionOwning data → modeling → evaluation → infra → deploymentDesigning systems for understanding and classifying contentDetermining task domains based on message content + contextInferencing actual work needs from vague task requestsTriggering internal or external agents for task completionClustering related messages into implicit 'Projects'Preparing accurate updates for user approvalDetecting meeting-related asks and proposing timesAbout You:Strong experience in building and shipping ML/LLM systemsFamiliarity with data → modeling → evaluation → infra → deploymentAbility to think in terms of reliability, precision/recall, and trustPreferring small teams and fast iterationsExcellent problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively
