About the Fellowship
The Ken Impact Fellowship offers hands-on experience in the non-profit sector and a platform for aspiring entrepreneurs to develop essential skills. Fellows will engage in key areas like social media branding, content research, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Management : Assist with needs assessments, develop intervention plans for non-profits, and brainstorm sustainable tech solutions.
Communications & Content Creation :
Create and edit compelling communication materials, including case studies, social media posts, and presentations.
Design engaging content for social media platforms, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
Research and suggest strategies to increase online engagement and social media reach.
Team Collaboration & Support : Work with the team on marketing and communications initiatives, and assist with administrative tasks, data entry, record keeping, and documentation.

Eligibility:
Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a Postgraduate degree in the social sector
Strong passion for social impact and commitment to sustainability
Willingness to travel for outreach and organizational activities
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Self-starter with a flexible, proactive learning approach

Fellowship Details:
Duration : 6 months (26 weeks)
Location : Hybrid model - office-based in Visakhapatnam with required travel
Stipend : ₹12,000 per month
