Motion and Post-Production LeadWe are seeking a highly skilled Motion and Post-Production Lead to elevate the craft of motion design, CGI, and post-production within our global creative production hub.This role combines creative vision with technical leadership, ensuring high-end delivery across motion graphics, special effects (SFX), visual effects (VFX), CGI, compositing, animation, color grading, and finishing.Key Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end motion and post-production pipeline, from storyboard to final delivery.Drive excellence across 2D/3D animation, compositing, tracking, rotoscoping, color grading, and finishing.Collaborate closely with creative directors, producers, and account teams to interpret briefs into motion-first executions.Ensure the highest visual fidelity, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines across deliverables.Required Skills:Deep hands-on proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Cinema4D, Maya, Houdini, Blender, Nuke, Fusion, or Flame for compositing, and DaVinci Resolve for color grading and finishing.Strong understanding of animation principles, visual storytelling, lighting, camera, and timing.Proven experience leading teams delivering broadcast, digital, and short-form video content at scale.Strong eye for composition, detail, and brand expression through motion.Benefits:This is an exceptional opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute your expertise to high-profile campaigns.
