Project Management OfficerOur organization seeks a highly skilled Project Management Officer to lead our PMO function, drive strategic reporting and governance across multiple initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong analytical skills, and experience in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau). They will also have a solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) and tools (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet).Key Responsibilities:Own and manage PMO governance frameworks, ensuring compliance across all projects and programs.Lead development of portfolio dashboards, KPIs, and executive reports using advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros/VBA, complex formulas) and visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).Drive data analysis and trend identification to support strategic decision-making and resource optimization.Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking for projects and programs.Facilitate executive governance meetings, presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership.Mentor and coach PMO analysts and project coordinators, fostering a culture of excellence.Collaborate with delivery teams to identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.Continuously refine PMO processes for efficiency and scalability.Qualifications and Skills5+ years of experience in PMO, program management, or portfolio governance roles.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including macros/VBA, complex modeling, and automation).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) and tools (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet).Experience in financial management for projects (budgeting, cost tracking, variance analysis).Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.PMP, PgMP, or similar certification preferred.Desired CharacteristicsStrategic thinker with attention to detail.Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.Ability to influence and drive change across teams.High emotional intelligence and collaborative mindset.Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.What We OfferOur organization is committed to providing a dynamic work environment that fosters growth, innovation, and collaboration.
