In this role, you will assist clients with visa and passport management services, providing guidance and support throughout the application process. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with visa and passport applications, providing accurate information and guidance on requirements.
• Review application documents for completeness and accuracy, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa and passport policies for various countries.
• Process applications and coordinate with embassies, consulates, and relevant authorities.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Keep accurate records of applications and follow up with clients regarding their status.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service offerings and improve processes.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in travel, customer service, or administrative roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with visa and passport procedures is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
