About the Role: Clovity is looking for a highly skilled Senior MERN Stack Developer with 5+ years of experience to architect, build, and optimize high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise across the MERN stack and be capable of delivering end-to-end solutions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Responsibilities:Architect, design, and develop robust and scalable web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack.Build highly responsive, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces using React.js and modern UI best practices.Design, develop, and maintain efficient server-side logic and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.Manage, optimize, and maintain high-performing database operations with scalable schema design in MongoDB.Collaborate cross-functionally with UI/UX teams, product managers, and developers to define requirements, estimate tasks, and deliver quality solutions.Conduct comprehensive code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues, including bugs and performance bottlenecks, to enhance application performance and stability.Stay updated with emerging technologies and proactively recommend improvements to architecture, performance, and development processes.Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.5+ years of hands-on experience working with the MERN stack: React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.Strong expertise in core web technologies: JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.Proven experience with Redux or other modern state management libraries.Solid understanding of RESTful API design, integration, and best practices.Ability to design and implement end-to-end solutions, covering UI, backend, API integration, and database layers.Strong proficiency with Git and version control workflows.Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative, dynamic, and fast-paced environment.Location: Noida, Sector 62 (Onsite)Shift: 12 PM – 9 PM ISTJoining: Immediate joiners preferredCompany: Clovity
