At SHE&HER, we’re all about creating bold, beautiful, and trend-setting western womenswear. We are a brand in the making, with a passion for creativity and a mission to empower women through fashion. We’re on the lookout for a fresh, creative, and enthusiastic Fashion Designer to join us on a contract basis and help bring our vision to life

As a Fashion Designer at SHE&HER, you’ll work closely with our founder to develop our debut collection. The role is perfect for someone with 1-2 years of experience who’s excited about the responsibility of designing the first-ever pieces for a brand. You’ll have creative freedom and flexibility, plus the chance to grow with us as we launch and expand.

Responsibilities

Design and develop womenswear collections, from concept to final product.

Research current fashion trends, fabrics, and styles to bring fresh ideas to the table.

Collaborate with the founder on mood boards, sketches, and fabric selection.

Prepare designs for production, including technical specs and revisions.

Ensure the designs align with SHE&HER’s brand identity and customer needs.

What We’re Looking For:

1-2 years of experience in fashion design (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)

Passion for Western womenswear and a strong sense of current trends.

Basic knowledge of design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop)

Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Excellent communication skills and a willingness to collaborate.

BASED IN BANGALORE.
