Oracle Application Administrator Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion Cloud application administrator to manage, configure, and support our cloud applications. This role is responsible for ensuring system stability, security, and performance while collaborating with business teams across HR, Finance, and Supply Chain.Key Responsibilities:Manage user accounts, roles, and security permissions to ensure compliance.Utilize Oracle tools to monitor system health, performance, and application availability.Plan and execute quarterly updates, patches, and new releases.Analyze and resolve application issues to minimize downtime.Maintain production configurations, security settings, and reference data.Handle data imports/exports, data validation, and protection tasks.Collaborate with HR, Finance, SCM, and other teams to support application needs.Generate reports and dashboards; experience with OTBI is beneficial.Required Skills & Qualifications:Hands-on experience administering Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (HCM/ERP/SCM)Strong understanding of Fusion security, roles, privileges, and user provisioningKnowledge of quarterly patching cycles and Oracle maintenance processesAbility to troubleshoot functional and technical issuesFamiliarity with data import processes, HDL/FBDIStrong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
