We expect the selected candidate to possess in-depth knowledge and experience in these technologies, enabling them to contribute effectively to the team's growth and success.Key Responsibilities:Backend Development: The candidate will design, develop, and optimize scalable and secure backend systems using Node.js, TypeScript, and distributed microservice architectures.Frontend Development: They will create intuitive and responsive user interfaces using React and Next.js to complement the capabilities of the backend.Code Ownership: The chosen individual will write high-quality, maintainable code for both backend and frontend systems, conducting thorough code reviews to uphold standards and best practices.Collaboration: They will work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, UX Designers, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver robust solutions.Technical Leadership: The candidate will mentor team members on backend and frontend development best practices, focusing on building efficient solutions.DevOps Integration: They will contribute to Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and automate build and deployment processes, supporting incident resolution and performance optimization.Continuous Improvement: The selected candidate will advocate for best practices in software development, DevOps, and agile methodologies to ensure a high-quality product.
