Job Description: We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join our NHR Technologies team in India. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying web applications using various technologies. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in front-end programming, back-end programming, databases, APIs, and cloud services. Additionally, we are looking for someone who possesses excellent leadership skills, experience in AI tools/companies and unstructured early-stage firms, and outstanding communication abilities.

Work experience – Min 7 years to 12 Years
Qualification - Bachelor‘s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities:
 Develop, test, and deploy high-performance and scalable web applications using the MEAN stack.
 Collaborate with product managers and designers to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
 Design and implement server-side logic using Node.js and Express.js.
 Build and maintain databases using MongoDB, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity.  Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using React.
 Integrate third-party APIs and services as needed.
 Implement security and data protection measures in web applications.
 Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
 Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices to continuously improve development processes.

Requirements/Qualifications:
 Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a focus on the MERN stack.
 Solid understanding of web development principles and best practices.
 Proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
 Experience with server-side development using Node.js and Express.js.
 Strong knowledge of MongoDB and database design.
 Expertise in front-end development using React.
 Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
 Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
 Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
 Minimum required experience for this role is 7+ years
 Working with AWS Cloud is a bonus point
