It was launched in September 2016 with FableStreet, a premium western wear brand focused on providing the best fit for Indian women. It has now evolved into a multi-brand organization with March Jewellery — a sterling silver that caters to women’s need for high-quality jewelry at affordable prices, and Pinkfort — an ethnic, Indo-western brand reimagining traditional clothing for the woman of today.
About the role:
As a Product Analyst in our retail fashion company, you will gather, analyze, and interpret data related to product performance, customer behavior, and market trends. Your insights will guide product development, inventory management, and marketing strategies, helping us optimize our product offerings and enhance customer satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze data from various sources to extract actionable insights.
- Prepare and maintain regular reports, dashboards, and presentations summarizing key findings and supporting decision-making processes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable insights. Then, collaborate with different stakeholders to implement these insights and track their effectiveness.
- Conduct regular evaluations to assess product performance against goals and benchmarks.
- Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests to evaluate the impact of changes or new features.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate insights, findings, and recommendations.
- Present data analysis and product performance evaluations to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Assist in the development of business cases, project plans, and timelines to support strategic initiatives.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Data Science, or related fields.
- 0-3 years of experience in product analytics, preferably in retail or fashion.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and retail operations.
- Proficient in Excel
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex data clearly and concisely.
