Key Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end learner applications and document verification for university submissions. • Conduct rigorous follow-ups with learners for deposit and tuition fee payments. • Coordinate with internal and university teams for offer letter and payment updates. • Maintain accurate MIS tracking and ensure timely updates on CRM and trackers. • Ensure 100% compliance with process SLAs and intake timelines. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. • 0–2 years of experience in admissions / application operations / education domain preferred. • Strong communication, follow-up, and coordination skills. • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets / CRM tools. • Detail-oriented and target-driven mindset.
