Job Title: Workday Consultant / LeadDescription:This role involves leading and managing small implementation projects, launching implementations, and assisting the team in all phases of delivery lifecycle.The ideal candidate should have excellent technical and functional skills across functional areas required for developing and delivering complex solutions across client implementations.Key Responsibilities:Requirements gathering, definition, and investigation to clarify business/technical requirements for clients.Designing Workday solutions to meet client needs.Configuring Workday based on client workbooks.Performing self-reviews and smoke testing of delivered work and reviewing peer's work.Application testing and production support.Migrating activities and producing rollout assistance.Identifying and managing issue resolution including escalation as needed.Interacting with mid and senior level management.Developing and managing communication plans with stakeholders aimed at improved collaboration.Required Skills and Qualifications:Strong knowledge of Workday, particularly Absence/Time Tracking/Benefits/HCM/Compensation/Recruiting/Talent and Performance/Payroll.Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.Ability to learn quickly through individual research and self-training.Ability to train users in a classroom setting.Effective knowledge transfer skills in non-classroom environments.Passion for customer service.Eligibility:Minimum 5 years of experience in Workday and overall 12 years' experience is minimum.Education:B.E/B.Tech/MCA/BSc.
